Here are a couple delicious and fun recipes to incorporate into your daily diet that combine TFOJ and Supernola for a superfood rich healthy meal or snack.

Pitaya Mint Refresher

You will need:


Peel frozen banana and flesh off pitaya. In a blender, combine banana, pitaya, mint condition juice and lemon juice.
Add ice if desired. Top with Supernola and enjoy with a spoon.


Triple Berry Antioxidant Smoothie

You will need:


In a blender, combine frozen berries, almond milk, and Supernola until smooth. If needed, add additional almond milk.
Optional: Top with chia seeds and top with additional Supernola.
