Here are a couple delicious and fun recipes to incorporate into your daily diet that combine TFOJ and Supernola for a superfood rich healthy meal or snack.

Pitaya Mint Refresher

You will need:


  1. Peel frozen banana and flesh off pitaya
  2. In a blender, combine banana, pitaya, mint condition juice and lemon juice
  3. Add ice if desired
  4. Top with Supernola and enjoy with a spoon


Triple Berry Antioxidant Smoothie

You will need:

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup frozen blackberries
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • ¾ cup TFOJ Almond Milk
  • ½ cup Supernola Berries & Crème


  1. In a blender, combine frozen berries, almond milk, and Supernola until smooth
  2. If needed, add additional almond milk
  3. Optional: Top with chia seeds and top with additional Supernola
