We produce our raw cold-pressed juice in a commercial facility with full management tools and control systems, and continually review and innovate to refine and improve our operations.

Juice Production

Below are the high-level steps we use to produce our raw juice:

STEP 1

The Fountain of Juice Wash and Pre

All ingredients are washed immediately prior to juicing to ensure our products are free of debris and contaminants.

STEP 2

The Fountain of Juice Grind and Press

Our juicing system grinds then presses the produce added to the unit, which maximizes the nutritional value, containing up to five times the amount of vitamins, trace minerals, and enzymes of centrifugally produced juice.

STEP 3

The Fountain of Juice Filtering

Prior to bottling, we course filter the juice to remove any remaining fibrous material or other remnants from the pressing process to ensure consistency and quality of all our blends.

STEP 4

The Fountain of Juice Bottling

After filtration, our raw juice is bottled as quickly as possible to maintain freshness and nutrient density. We utilize a sealed, tamper-proof cap to lock in the goodness, as well as to provide an additional measure of safety for our customers. Our 100% recyclable PTE bottles are food-safe, lab testing, BPA-free and FDA approved.

STEP 5

The Fountain of Juice Blast Chilling

We utilize commercial blast chillers to prevent bacterial growth and ensure HACCP compliance (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point). This efficient cooling system rapidly freezes our juice, which reduces ice crystal formation and food cell damage which translates into preserving quality and freshness.

STEP 6

The Fountain of Juice Frozen Storage

Once our juice is completely frozen from the blast chilling process, we transfer it to a large walk-in freezer where it is stored until shipped.
